We will not ship an item until payment has been received and cleared. If there is a problem with payment received, we will contact you at the email address which shows in your payment. Please respond when contacted so that we know you received our email.
We pack carefully to prevent damage. If damage occurs due to shipping carrer negligence, we have purchased insurance on all items and will reimburse if photos of the damage are emailed within 7 days of item receipt.
